    There’s an old program I used to use all the time called OpenExpert: http://www.baxbex.com/openexpert.html It’s a free program that you can download and test for yourself. This program adds an “Open With…” command to the explorer context menu when clicking on any file. Each file type can then have it’s own list of programs you can open it with
